Raspberry Falls sits on rolling land north of Leesburg around the golf and hunt club. Lots start at about an acre; some conservancy parcels are much larger. Drive times inside the neighborhood are not a townhome hop. Ice maker visits should plan for that. Kitchens skew custom: Sub-Zero, Viking, Dacor, Miele, Thermador, plus U-Line at the wet bar.
White’s Ferry is the local landmark to the north. Tuscarora High School serves much of this northern Leesburg belt. Water is still the Town of Leesburg / Loudoun story - moderately hard - so luxury ice makers scale up just like builder valves do.
