An ice maker leaking water is urgent because it ruins flooring and can freeze into a block that stalls the fan. In Leesburg kitchens the usual sources are a fill cup that overshoots the mold, a cracked ice tray, a stuck-open inlet valve, a loose water line at the back, or ice melting from a failed ice-room seal.
If the puddle is only under the refrigerator, start behind the cabinet: supply line, filter housing, and valve. If the puddle is inside the freezer, start at the ice maker. Door-ice models leak into the door when the bucket is missing or the ice room drain is frozen.
What to do before a contractor arrives
Turn the ice maker off if you can. Shut the water saddle valve if the leak is active. Do not use a hair dryer on plastic liners at close range. Towels now are cheaper than hardwood later - especially in Historic Downtown homes with original floors.
