Stratford is a Leesburg residential community where kitchens are practical. Frigidaire and Amana ice trays, add-on kits, and original supply lines dominate the call notes. It is not a luxury built-in neighborhood and not a restaurant corridor.
If ice never worked well, it may have been a kit. We can inspect wiring and the fill tube before you buy another module.
